How to find Ivermectin and Fenbendazole in the USA

Buying Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and other antiparasitics in the U.S. can be confusing. Let's cut through all nonsense and show you exactly what your options are. If you know of additional options not listed here, please let us know so we can update the list.

The Big List of Options

With estimated costs (based on ivermectin pricing in mid 2026):

BIG PHARMACIES
(HIGHEST COST)
(HIGHEST QUALITY)
Pros: Guaranteed highest quality possible.
Cons: Most expensive option. Requires a prescription from your own doctor.
Avg Cost of Iver: $1 per mg (or $12 per 12 mg dose)
Example Links: CVS Walgreens Amazon Rx
NOTE: Big pharmacies will not provide a prescription. You will need to see your own doctor first and get a prescription.

SMALL PHARMACIES
(EXPENSIVE)
(HIGH QUALITY)
Pros: Less expensive than big pharmacies. Often provides prescription for you online.
Cons: Still quite expensive. May try to up-sell you with other products. May add hidden fees or unwanted memberships.
Avg Cost of Iver: $0.35 per mg (or $5 per 12mg dose)
Example Links: All Family Pharmacy Jase TelyRx
NOTE: Small pharmacies may add extra fees and may also sign you up for an unwanted membership that re-bills you monthly. Be very careful with smaller pharmacies and always read the fine print. Also, make sure to check your payment method every month for any unexpected "renewals" that might appear after ordering.

LAB SUPPLY COMPANIES
(AFFORDABLE)
(HIGH QUALITY)
Pros: Much cheaper than a pharmacy, but with same ingredients. Capsules or tablets are common. Often made in USA.
Cons: Labelled for laboratory or research use only, instead of for human use.
Avg Cost of Iver: $0.07 cents per mg (or $0.85 cents per 12mg dose)
Example Links: JCI Lab Supply Fisher Sci Millipore Sigma
NOTE: It's best to purchase from a lab supply company and not directly from a manufacturer. A larger store that sells multiple products has a reputation to uphold, but a "manufacturer" website could be anyone. Also look for a CoA (Certificate of Analysis) that lists the name of the manufacturer on it as well as the actual detected amount of active ingredient in the product.

OVERSEAS PHARMACIES
(LOW COST)
(EXTREMELY RISKY PURCHASE)
Pros: Lowest Cost
Cons: Illegal to import, possible theft of funds, counterfeits are common, seizures of package by FDA or CBP is common.
Avg Cost of Iver: $0.03 cents per mg (or $0.36 cents per 12mg dose)
Example Links: IndiaMart PharmEasy NetMeds
NOTE: Overseas sellers can appear and disappear frequently and do not typically have a reputation to uphold. Paying by gift card, wire transfer or other high-theft medium is common. The "brands" are frequently unknown (fake) and the known brands are frequently counterfeits. Unless you plan to lab test them yourself, do not expect every shipment to be a genuine brand name product. U.S. Customs will seize and destroy it when they detect it in receiving ports because it is illegal to import without a permit, even for personal use.

FARM SUPPLY COMPANIES
(MODERATE COST)
(HEALTH RISK)
Pros: Affordable in small doses, easy to find in stores
Cons: More expensive than lab supply capsules per mg. Unlisted additives in possibly dangerous amounts are common (polysorbate 80, colloidal silica), unpleasant to consume, difficult to dose accurately, liquid version is dangerous.
Avg Cost of Iver: $0.13 cents per mg (or $1.56 per 12mg dose) in equine paste form.
Example Links: Tractor Supply Farm & Home Rural King
NOTE: There are only 110mg of ivermectin total in a typical tube of equine paste (6.08g tube @ 1.87% strength). So, a $15 tube is about 13 cents per mg. This makes it much more expensive than buying capsules from a lab supply company. Most animal products do not list all ingredients. Additives that are unhealthy for humans are common. The injectable 1% liquid version contains 1 gram (1000mg) ivermectin per 100mL, making it extremely easy to overdose in dangerous amounts if consuming by mouth.
